He owns the production calendar (currently 2.4 million towels per year across three production lines), pre-shipment QC, third-party inspection coordination, FOB/CFR/DDP logistics, and the delivery commitments that go into every PO. Before joining us he ran sourcing operations at a Barcelona-based hospitality linen distributor for nine years.
His published guidance covers ocean vs air freight economics, AQL inspection protocols, the 90-day hotel linen program roadmap, MOQ negotiation, and end-to-end operational frameworks for multi-property programs.
