Tournament programs: the timing challenge

Build a 14-week timeline. Mills that promise 6 weeks turnaround for tournament programs are either overpromising or sub-contracting to a partner mill, both of which carry quality risk for what should be a high-stakes product.
Inventory model: ratios and reorders
Locker room and clubhouse SKUs are inventory-managed. Pro shop and tournament are demand-driven. For inventory-managed SKUs we recommend:
- Par level: 4 sets per locker / shower / bath station (one in use, one in laundry, one ready, one safety)
- Annual replacement: 25-30% per year for active linens
