Salons and barbershops use towels under uniquely punishing conditions: bleach, hair dye, hot wax, peroxide solutions and aggressive industrial wash daily. A standard reactive-dyed cotton towel fades to pink-grey within 60 wash cycles. The salon industry needs a specifically engineered towel category, and that is what we have built our salon line for.

Color options that survive bleach

Vat dyes have a more limited color range than reactive dyes but exceptional chlorine resistance. Our salon line offers: jet black, deep navy, charcoal grey, burgundy red, forest green, and natural white. Custom Pantone matching available for vat-dyeable hues. Bright fluorescents and pastel colors are not achievable in vat-dye chemistry — use reactive dye for those and accept the shorter useful life.

Branding for salon programs

Most salon clients use one of three branding approaches:

Packaging and delivery

Standard pack: 12 towels per polybag, 144 towels per carton. Custom branded poly with care instructions, batch number and your barcode available. Sea freight 22-35 days to most ports; air freight 4-7 days for urgent reorders.
