For most club programs, we quote 35 x 85 cm at 400-450 GSM as the practical center point. It gives enough surface area for a shoulder, face, or machine handle, but it does not overload laundry carts. Yarn and Construction Choices We Actually Use

The strongest everyday spec is usually 16s or 21s ring-spun cotton terry, depending on target GSM. Combed cotton costs more, but it reduces short fiber fly and gives a cleaner surface after repeated tumble drying. Zero-twist cotton is comfortable, but we rarely recommend it for shared gym inventory. The loops abrade faster against bench vinyl and rubber mat texture. Size and Edge Details That Prevent Complaints

Wash Testing and QC Before Bulk Release
